Project Description

The original 1940s Cape style home was busting at the seams for this expanding family. This second-floor addition added four new bedrooms and a shared hall bath. The second-floor shared bathroom was compartmentalized into washing, bathing and toilet areas to allow for more flexible use by the four children. This saved the owner cost compared to a two-bath design that was being considered.
