Project Description

Adaptive reuse of abandoned former fast food restaurant for use as offices for a specialty electrical contracting firm. Renovation included complete rehabilitation of the building envelope and reconfiguration of interior spaces to accommodate offices, conference room, storage, and a break area. Provided handicap accessibility throughout.
